Rental Conditions

  1. Once the reserve is done, if the lessee, for any reason, does not want or cannot come to the apartment or house, this reserve will not be returned.
  2. Payment on the day of arrival must be made in cash, or by bank card
  3. You have to arrive when the Agency it's open.
  4. The Keys of the apartments or houses won't be delivered until the payment (rest location, caution and touristic tax) were done.
  5. Tourist accommodation Tax: 1.00 €/night per person a maximum 7 nights. Exemptions: 16 years old persons or less.  This Tax have to be paid in cash also when you arrive.
  6. The day you arrive, we must do a photocopy of the identity card or passport of everyone who will be in the apartment or house. If there is someone with age 16 years or less, the parents must sign a document. Thanks you to bring all the ID cards or passports when you come to take the keys to speed up the process. It will be better if you send us before you arrive the Card Identity or Passport.
  7. The agency isn't responsible from the things you can forget in our apartments or houses.
